  3. How We Use Your Data

    We use the data solely to provide core functionality of UltrafoxM, including:

    • Allowing you to send and receive emails
    • Displaying and searching emails within the application

    Your data is not used for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

  4. Data Sharing

    We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties. All data remains strictly within the UltrafoxM application and your own systems.

  5. Data Storage and Security

    Your email data and access tokens are stored locally on your own devices in your organization's database.

    We do not transmit or store any user data on our servers.

    Users are responsible for securing their local database. We recommend implementing appropriate safeguards such as encryption and access control.

  6. Data Retention

    Email data is retained as long as you choose to keep it in your local database.

    OAuth tokens are stored until they expire or until the associated email account is deleted from the application.

    You can delete both the account and its locally stored data at any time.

  7. Your Rights and Controls

    You have full control over your data:

    • You can remove email accounts from the application at any time, revoking access.
    • You can delete any locally stored email data through the UltrafoxM interface.

  8. Third-Party Services

    UltrafoxM integrates with Gmail accounts via OAuth 2.0 to provide email functionality.

    Google API Disclosure:

    UltrafoxM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  9. Legal Basis for Processing

    Under UK and EU data protection laws, we process your data on the legal basis of contract performance, as the data is necessary for delivering the email functionality you request via the UltrafoxM application.

  10. Children's Privacy

    UltrafoxM is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
